Full Speed to Energize the Dream

Pau Aban, Hossegor Côte Sud, Autun les Eduennes, Maramures, Kasterlee Noord-Zuid… Do these names ring a bell?

These are the names of the clubs that were chartered in the last two months! Located in France (Pau Aban, Hossegor Côte Sud, Autun le Eduennes), Romania (Maramures (Sighet)) and in Belgium (Kasterlee Noord-Zuid), these five new clubs represent a total of seventy-seven new members in the Kiwanis family. “Congratulations to all involved for bringing these clubs to life! I am proud to have such Kiwanis Friends and I have no doubt that this will continue. As a matter of facts, at least five new clubs are planned to be organized in the first quarter of 2017 by these Districts”, said Sjoerd Timmermans, President of Kiwanis International-European Federation. “I can only encourage and support all Kiwanians to keep growing the Kiwanis family because there are many children out there – sometimes very close to us – that need our helping hand in order to grow and thrive”, added Sjoerd Timmermans.
