Christmas is coming and with it are coming gifts, good intentions, loving thoughts, wishes for peace and serenity.
Dear Kiwanis Friends,
Unfortunately, not everyone will enjoy this peace and serenity that we wish for our loved ones and ourselves. There are people, and many, who suffer, who do not have a house or even a roof, that have nothing or little to eat, and, above all, they haven’t anything to give to their children and, even worse, there are children that haven’t a mom or a dad to turn to. However, in addition to our loved ones, to these children must go the thoughts and, above all, the actions of us.
Kiwanians, let’s do everything is in our power to rip these children – or at least some of them – the sad fate that awaits them; let’s give them a better future! Dear friends, in the world, but especially in our old dear Europe, we are many. We can do it and, above all, we can do it together!
Merry Christmas to all of you, but let’s try to give a Merry Christmas to someone of these children. So it will be really a Merry Christmas. Remeber: Together we can.
