Kiwanis International European Federation

Serving the children of the World.

Goodbye but not farewell

As the 2016-2017 Kiwanis year finishes, I am happy to share with you the latest figures with regard to clubs and members in Europe. Since 1st October 2016, we have created 35 new clubs and welcomed 646 new members in Europe. Well done! In particular, France-Monaco with 8 clubs, Italy-San Marino with 7 clubs, Belgium-Luxembourg with 6 clubs and Romania with 5 clubs. More members means more hands to provide needed children with the basic means and support that will improve their lives.

Thank you for your commitment and efforts in growing the Kiwanis family! It is now my turn to wish all the best to Piero Grasso who on 1st October took over the responsibilities of KI-EF President for 2017-2018. All the best and see you soon!

Sjoerd Timmermans
2016-17 KI-EF President
