During the weekend of November 27-29th, President Elect Jerome Hennekens and the KI-EF Training Committee gathered all trainers of the Federation's full Districts to have the yearly Train the TrainersConference. The meeting was split into two sessions: a two hours opening session on Friday Evening and a fullworking day on Saturday. For the first time and on initiative of President Elect Jerome the meetingwas held near Munich at the Movenpick Airport Hotel of Hallbergmoos, which offered nice meeting, catering and hosting conditions.

Training was highly concentrated on interactive work where there was as much focus on listeningas on working. The old teaching style is long gone !
The meeting motto was the 3 F symbol (fun, fundraising en friends). It goes without saying that atthe end there was great fun during the visit of the Hofbrauhaus in the centre of Munich, whereparticipants were served a small beer! One can makes the difference !
The same participants returned on Sunday morning not without saying: give us more of this ! Andby that, they most certainly did not only mean the Munchener Hofbrau.
