Dear Governors and Representatives, 
Furthermore to the attached message from the KIEF secretary – Although it has been said before, as the chairman of the Host Committee for the 2012 KIEF convention i Bergen in June; I feel a responsibility to make the hotel situation in Bergen absolutely clear;
The Convention period is high season i Bergen and arrangements have been made for you all to have accomodation during your stay –
BUT ONLY if you book the hotel before the end of march.
At the moment, March 31 is the absolute deadline for booking your hotel. After that date you are mostly on your own and it will be very difficult to find any vacancies. So please; in order to make the convention a reality – make sure your delegates, partners and participants make the hotel bookings before March 31.
Today, March 20, I have 40 participants on my list (and another 11 on their way). We need a total of 150 delegates for the General assembly, so dont hesitate to sign up! Do it today!
